I have had two now from Amazon and on both the door mechanism is very poor and does not close properly Take my advice and go to a shop
It was passable though and did the job... at first anyway... One day 4 months after I purchased it (if that) the microwave died with no explanation and hasn't worked since. I'd avoid this if I was you - the cheap price is simply a sign of what a shoddy piece of kit it is.
I regard Sharp as a good brand and the build quality is fine. I can operate it easily and all the basic and some esoteric functions are there and work very well. Needless to say, it comes very well packed with all the required information. The only reason that I marked it down to 4* is that we had to buy an anti-slip mat as it moved to easily on the worksurface where it sits. So if you want a good looking stainless steel microwave that works reliably, with the build quality associated with a well known brand name then give this a try.
